Pipes and Hoses Plant
Our pipes and hoses are produced using state of the art technology including automatic decoiling and swarfless cutting, creating a burr less product. Modern rotary and spinning end formers, shape tube outer surfaces to desired precision and form.
We also house numerous CNC benders in terms of tube forming. Auto braziers continuously perform brazing reliability, meeting high standards and efficiencies with CMM facilities ensuring bending accuracy.

Pipe Bending
Heat Exchangers Plant
This vertically integrated plant houses capability to produce high quality injection moulded products. Injection mould dies are multi-cavity and equipped with hot runner systems. This plant also houses progression stamping dies for heat exchanger parts, made on a precision press.
Our in-house Tube-Mill is capable of producing both Radiator and Charge Air Cooler tubes. Innovative matrix core building facilities, produce a range of Engine Cooling Radiators and Condensers.
